Shipping

We ship all items using UPS or USPS. We currently ship to USA only. Please reach out if you would require shipping elsewhere.

We generally ship within 2 business days, unless contacted and other terms are agreed upon. You will receive an email with your tracking number.  We will use the address that you have listed at checkout We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.

Returns

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All refunds and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

No refunds can be issued for orders delayed (either shipping cost or merchandise value) due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect JS Metals or any of our carriers. Thank you for understanding.

We do not accept refunds for custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
