*Do you do custom orders?

Yes! Most of our designs were originally created because of a custom order. If you would like a custom order made, send me a message either through a social media account or send me an email. We can hash out all the details through messaging.

*Why isn't you napkin holder designs available as a paper towel holder?

We started making napkin holders before paper towel holder came along. I would love to make all our designs into paper towel holders, but I don't have the space to store all the items. Instead, I wait for requests to come along. All of our napkin holder designs can be made into a paper towel holder or placed on top of hooks. We can make different wall hanging designs with them as well. Send us a message if you would like something made that isn't currently available.

*Do you keep inventory on hand?

No. Because we run our business from our home we have decided to keep the inventory very low. We don't have the space to store extra inventory so we make items as we receive orders.

*How long does it take to make my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is placed, it typically takes us 2-3 business days to get the product made and ready to place in the mail. In most cases, I am able to make the item the day it comes in and get it ready to ship the following day.

*What materials do you use?

We use 16-gauge sheet metal for most of our creations. For items that need to be a little more stout, we use 10-gauge sheet metal.

*What do you use to coat the metal for the napkin holders?

We paint our napkin and paper towel holders with hammered black Rustoleum spray paint. Sometimes we use other colors as well. If you would like a different color option for your item, send us a message.

*Will the metal scratch my table?

It is possible that the metal will scratch the surface it's placed on. To prevent this from happening we have placed rubber feet on the bottom so the metal does not come in contact with the table.

*Are there restrictions to the designs you can make?

Our designs have to stay in silhouette form meaning all pieces are one. Our torch cuts 1/16 of an inch wide. Because of this we are limited on how intricate our designs can get. We are willing to consider different ideas. Just ask. Worst case we say no.

*Can you powder coat an order?

We are unable to powder coat our items ourselves. We can however reach out to a local business to get an item powder coated. Their costs will be added to the price.

*If I wanted a custom sign made, how big can you make it?

We own a CNC Plasma Cutter. Our table is 4ft X 4ft. We are able to cut anything within those dimensions. Anything bigger would need to be welded.
