Since napkin holders came along first, we tend to have more designs in that category. If by chance you see a napkin holder design you like but want it to also be a paper towel holder, contact us and we can make that happen. All of our napkin holder designs can be made into a paper towel holder!

We do custom orders all the time. In fact, most of our design have come about because someone originally requested it.
